What we collect
When you submit a form we collect your name, email, phone number, company, the services you are interested in, your message and any drawing you attach. We also record technical information such as IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser, device, pages visited and campaign parameters (UTM), to understand how visitors find us.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, manufacture your parts and improve our website. We use Google Analytics to measure website usage.
Your drawings
Drawings and CAD files are confidential. They are stored privately, used only to quote and manufacture your parts, and never shared with third parties. For early removal of your files, email support@fabexpress.in.
